Very friendly staff when I called to book some rentals. Had a question about renting sidewalls for a popup tent that I already owned. Employee could have just rented it to me, but she said that she wanted to double check to see that the sidewall would attach properly to my popup tent. I appreciate that they worried about the finer details and not just giving me a piece of rental equipment.
